One Long Room, One Deep Porch

The Willow is 1,361 heated square feet built around a single idea: a living room you actually use. It runs 21’-10” front to back and 14’-1” wide, with the fireplace closing one end and the kitchen open at the other, so the whole middle of the house breathes in one direction.

The bedrooms split evenly around that room instead of stacking on one side. The main bedroom takes the rear corner at 13’-11” by 13’-1”, with a walk-in closet and a bath that keeps the shower in its own 3’-3” by 4’-10” stall. Bedroom two, 10’-8” by 13’-10”, sits at the front of the plan with its own bath across the hall — two suites, no shared wall.

A study or flex room, 9’-0” by 9’-9”, opens off the entry, and the front porch runs 28’-6” across the elevation at 6’-6” deep — deep enough to sit out in weather.
